Looking at two of them I bought that don't work (UPDATE REPLACED)

Best Customer Service I can recall on any item. I contacted the company directly regarding the issues I had with two of the stun batons. They responded within 24 hours, asked for copies of the order details on Amazon which I provided and confirmed sending me out two new batons. Can't ask for more. Class act.This item is really quite inexpensive and seems to be well made, however, I bought two originally and one of them the stun function became inoperable after a couple months and NO usage. Luckily, I tried it since it had been awhile and nothing. The flashlight worked perfectly so I assume it was charged but to be safe I recharged it. Flashlight fine, stun function non-existent. I didn't bother returning it but just ordered another and now I just checked it after a month or so and same exact issue. I guess I will try and get a replacement and warn the other people I referred to this item to check it regularly. I have them strictly for protection against a large dog attacking my 12 pound dachshund. Not sure how it would work on a human assuming it actually operated

Glad to have protection in case it is needed

Was given to a female friend as a gift who does lyft/uber. She felt so much safer knowing she has something to protect herself if need be. It comes with a usb charger a Carrying case.you can pick from different designs.
